Terms of Service

Zpacelabs designs, builds, and hosts websites. The specific scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for any project are agreed in a written quote before work begins. That quote, together with these terms, forms our agreement with you.

Design and build is a one-time project fee, quoted before work starts. Hosting and care is billed monthly with no long-term contract.

You may cancel hosting at any time; there are no cancellation fees, and we will export your site and hand it over to you.

On full payment for the design and build, you own the design, content, and code we produce for you. There is no lock-in, and we will hand over the full codebase if you choose to move on.

You are responsible for ensuring any content, logos, or materials you provide to us do not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to use our site or services for anything unlawful, to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to misuse our contact channels.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as required by law, our services are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Contact details will be published when project inquiries open. Saving a project brief does not create a service agreement.
